Registration and participation

• • You will receive an invoice after registration.
  • Participation only after we received your payment.
  • The number of places is limited. Pay in time to secure your place.

Pricing 

• • Full price for participation is € 1850,-
    
  • This price is per person.
  • Included in this price is:
    • Tuition (€ 850,-)
    • Single room at Kapellerput for 4 nights (one guest in room)
    • 4 full meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) per day
    • Continuous refreshments from 9am to 5pm
    • Free WiFi
    • Fitness Facility 

     

VAT policy

• • When you are from The Netherlands (or from the EU without intra-community VAT#) 21% VAT will be added on your invoice.
  • When you are from other EU-member states and you provide your intra-community VAT number on registration, VAT will not be invoiced. We will check your VAT number on the European VIES Register. (https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/#/vat-validation)
  • When you are from outside the EU no VAT will be issued on your invoice.

Cancellation & Refundig

• • We keep the right to cancel the Encounter. We will refund your participation-fee if we cancel from our side. We will not refund other expenses.
  • You also keep the right to cancel:
    • We will issue a 50% credit note on the participation fee, when you cancel before 25th May 2024. After that we will not refund.
    • You have the opportunity to find a replacement participant if you can’t attend. You will need to make your own arrangements with this replacement to conclude on the participation fee.
